Where can I find size 2 vintage dress (sewing) patterns?

I also realize vintage sizes are different, so I'm wondering what vintage size (say for the 70s, 60s, and 50s if you want to be detailed) I am considering that I'm closest to a modern size 2 (1, even, if you can find anything that small). Once that question is answered, where can I find good and really cheap vintage sewing patterns?

Thanks.

A current pattern size 2 is about a 28" full bust measurement (28-28.5"), so you'll be looking for vintage patterns with that measurement. Depending on the era, you may wear a misses 4,6,8, or 10, or the pattern may simply be marked as a 28" bust.
