Coat Button
On a two button suit jacket or sports coat, which button should be buttoned - top or bottom?
Several years ago, when I was in Rome, I bought a suit at a a tailor. The sales girl was emphatic that i should NEVER button one of the buttons - but I can't recall which. I think it was the bottom, but now I'm not sure.
Always button the top one. Then it still fits when you sit and doesn't bunch.
